Day 22 July 04 2010

Well it is the 4th and we are kind of sad we can not put up all our stuff we have to decorate with, but it will be ok. We decided to go to downtown Seattle today as not all the business traffic. We went to Pikes Place Market and it was soooo crowded and by the time we got down there a lot of places were almost sold out of fresh flowers and vegetables. We walked thru and it is an American version of Mexico's markets. I can say I have been here. A lot of the vendors were closed for the 4th. We bought a few things and some flowers and vegs. Then left to see space needle after that we headed back to camp to see all the fireworks. There was a lot and we tried to take pics but George could not get camera on right setting to get them, but we saw them anyway. That is about our 4th. except for all the people who stopped and thanked George for his service time, due to his Navy cap, we may have to get a new one when we get back(haHa).
OH yes on way to the market we got caught behind Jordan Sparks tour bus and all her equipment trucks, she was a past winner of American Idol fyi.

Someone got married here today. I got their behind picture as they crossed the street. This was not a sidewalk they just stopped in the middle of the street to take a picture.
