The installer was Mike Ward who is also a U.S.Army Veteran. All this was done in less than 2 days.

Tolar Rattlers vs Valley View November 20 2015 Playoff game

Cody Franklin, our grandson, and I went to the game today November 20, 2015 that was being played in Bridgeport, Texas. He was kind enough to drive.

The game was another Great game, aside from the win for district this was the 104th Win for our son, Mike, since he became the coach at Tolar High School which is another record.
Another record is this is the first time Tolar has made it to the third round of playoffs since becoming an 11 man squad in the 70's.
They have made it to the first or second round many times but just could not make it to the third until last night.

As I get more pictures from Cody I will be adding some to this blog in a few days. Please check back to view.
GO RATTLERS!!!!

The following is a copy of an article from the Hood County News about the game.
November 20, 2015

Tolar’s slim 21-20 Class 2A Div I area playoff football victory over Valley View (7-5) Friday night at Bull Memorial Stadium in Bridgeport was clinched with the help of a rare blocked extra point in the third quarter, plus an interception on the Eagles’ final possession. Cody Jones blocked the PAT after the Eagles pulled within 21-20 with 59 seconds left, third quarter. With Valley View trying to pull off a desperation pass on fourth and 11 with just over a minute left in the game, Tolar’s Cole Kratochvil intercepted to give the Rattlers the ball and they ran out the clock. Tolar QB Colby Trinkle threw TD passes to Will Bonnell and Jones, plus running for another score and hitting Bonnell on a crucial 2-point conversion. In the third round of the playoffs, the Rattlers (8-4) will take on Bosqueville, a 43-0 winner over Clarksville. That game is tentatively set for next Friday in Venus, TX. Tolar will be gunning for its fourth win over Bosqueville dating to the 2014 regular season.

Watch the scoreboard and see what happened.
