Rayford Crossing Sept 11 2010

Well, Saturday has finally arrived and that means it is close to reality check and the end of the rally. We have visited and told stories and listened to stories. All repairs have been concluded and we have had a chance to meet some new DeMontrond employees and hope their promises of better repair and PR will happen. We are giving them one more shot at getting their service right. We had lunch at Willie's(this is Dean's favorite place to go in this area) we had 4 tables full so had a really good turn out. We had a great margarita night hosted by no other than Gilbert and MaryLou, thanks so much, our meal was Baked Ham, and after we played only 5 games of bingo but had about 10 winners, Buddy had not been in Thursday night pic so we included him in this one. It is always a little let down when it is time to pack up and leave but will have another one in Austin in just over a month. It will be Halloween, so who knows what may happen. See you all then. Safe travels.

Rayford Crossing Sept 10 2010

It is already Friday and the weather report the same. Buddy still catching a lot of no badge people. In fact seems a friend told on me for coming out of the coach and making a citizen report to Buddy. A lot of us went to lunch and had a good time. We will not play bingo tonight as Mark said it was pool time with the weather we were having. We had about 20 people in th pool and more sitting around talking, don't tell Buddy the exact count as most of us did not have badges on. Our meal earlier was Stuffed Chicken Breast, which was very good.

Look what I got to drive up from DeMontrond for show.

Another angle while parking.

Jesse brought this one to the Rally from DeMontrond.

We had several winners from the drawing that DeMontrond had.

Well it is about time to call it a night now.

Rayford Crossing Sept 09 2010

Pot Luck Night. One of our favorite meals. Everyone does such a good job of preparing things. We had bingo on this night as the show of hands said yes. It is very hot and humid, but repairs still go on as there is always something needing to be fixed on our coaches. Gilbert and Mary Lou joined us for pot luck and they even have a coach here so they can stay with us and visit that is a real treat for us. Wish they could do that in Austin. Too many repairs to list them all. Buddy still catching us for no badges.

Pat is checking things out.
