2018 WWW Rally Johnson Creek

We had 15 RV's at this rally. This park has another row of parking spaces added. We were in the newly remodeled club house and really enjoyed it. Lisa was very accommodating and we got to see Tom who is making progress after his serious illness.
Mark and Brenda, Larry and Debbie, Jeff and Debbie treated all there, to a taco night plus a jug of ice tea, on Sunday evening. It turned out great and is something we need to do more of, than always look for  different places to go eat. Thanks to all.
Since this was awhile back I may leave some things out or names. sorry if I do.
We had 3 cancellations and 15 coaches there.
We went to Dairy Queen while there. Had to make our trip to Gibson's Hardware a couple of times and we made 3 trips to auto parts.
We all went to Billy Jean's on Thursday evening and we were able to use their private room. It was very nice. Of course no names mentioned but some went for dessert only during the week.
We went to classic burgers which is a great place for a hamburger or anything on their menu. Cash only, so if you go remember that.
Joe and Janet Bechard arranged for us to go to toucan Jim's really fun place lots of island decor. Like hey mon it was cool.
George and Mary Welsh were our host for the rally. We had breakfast tacos on Friday morning followed by our meeting and then our cook out on Friday night. Thanks to Jeff for helping with the cooking and Debbie making the tea for us.
A lot of us took in the outdoor play, Ann, on Friday night, it was the story of Ann Richards, it was not the best play we have seen there but it was enjoyable to be with our friends.
Saturday was  a free day and then we had finger foods and appetizers on Saturday night with tea furnished by Debbie Dobson again, as hot as it was the tea was great to have. Thanks again to George and Mary for hosting.
We had coaches coming and going but no complaints. At least they were able to make the first or last of the rally.
There were 2 puzzles completed, thanks to Debbie Dobson and Debbie Heubel plus help from Maria and others.
Joe Bechard furnished his dirty board game, it has become so popular think we need to have 2 at the rallies. He makes and sells them if anyone is interested in one.
Played skip-bo and pass the love.
Mary Welsh had a game to play which was fun. Debbie Dobson and Julian Hall had to tell some jokes and then there was a panel that voted on them. They tied and both won a prize.
Thanks to Carol Siedel for doing a visor, patriotic theme workshop. Really appreciate all the work she does in teaching and she supplies a lot of the items used, Thanks so much. Can't wait to see what she does next time.
We set out some times but it was very hot during our stay.
We have booked it for next year and hope to see more come, Will be sending info to club soon.
Happy Trails.
