After touring the Safari one more time. we headed for Fort Hood. Got there about 12:30 and had to get checked in for Everett’s first birthday he drew a group of people, in attendance, were the following: Mike and Lisa, Mattie (Whitley’s sister) and two friends, sorry didn't remember their names, Pam and Joe Sharp, Stan and Sheri Loftin, Ryan and Casey Berry, (Dillon’s sister) Caroline and Gracie Berry, George and Pat Franklin (Dillon’s grandparents) and Everett's great grandparents.
We all had a great time and really enjoyed getting to see Everett have so much fun and so many nice gifts. Think he really had a good time also, especially when he was given his birthday cake.
Dillon and Whitley had hamburgers and hot dogs for all and all the trimmings to go with it. It was nice weather so everything was really great for the party.
Publishing this on Thanksgiving day and just want everyone to know how blessed we are to have great Grandchildren. They are truly a blessing from our grandchildren who are also very special to us. Hope all have a SAFE HOLIDAY and remember those less fortunate on this day.
Safe travels to all our friends and family. Bless you all and especially bless our country at this time.
