Another Great Rally to start off 2018 for the WWW RV Club. We had 14 RV's in attendance for this Rally. We arrived at this Rally on Wednesday.
The Host for this rally were: The Damon's, The Smothermon's and The Dudley's. Thanks for all you did. By the way the men did most of the cooking for breakfast, need to remember that. We also had a continental breakfast, which was more than continental. We had oatmeal, cereal, fruit, fresh banana nut bread and also blueberry bread. It was really god. Thanks to Terry and Shirley Smotherman, and
Damon and Betty for bringing all the cooking utensils.
Gerald and Sandy arranged for us to go to Hollier's for Wednesday night meal. It was very good. Thanks.
We had some come early and have to leave and others came later so we had a great time visiting with all and playing some games. Mexican train, skip-bo, dirty board, pass the love were some of the games we played. No puzzle this time. Will try next time.
We had a great taco soup meal with lots of goodies on Thursday night. Friday was finger food and BYOB, Saturday we went out to eat at Richard's Cajun food.
We met at the room after Richard's and played a couple of games of CLR. The first was with quarters and was won by Julian, the second was with dollars and won by Gunter. Everyone had fun playing.
We had a couple of lucky winners at the casino but there were more losers than winners, imagine that.
Some went sightseeing around Sulphur. Some of the guys went to a classic car show. There is really a lot to see other than the casinos.
The weather was not too bad over all.
It was a fun and relaxing time. Hope to see all at our next gathering in Galveston, we have 14 signed up for April.
Please remember to be kind to all and please say prayers to all those having health issues.
Thanks to Margaret F. and Janet B. for taking some of the pictures for this Blog.
