WWW Rally in Victoria Texas Sept 2014

We had back to back rallies and had a pretty good turn out for it. We went to Goliad again and went to gardens and then to blue Quail, to do what, eat. I was on a baked potato and activia diet. not bad once you get use to it. The others had a Reuben that they said was the best. We drove around a little and took some pics.

We missed the Deleons' they were going to be our official tour guides. So we are leaving Victoria to next year for them to guide us. Mary Lou had to have surgery so that is why they did not make it.
The ice bucket challenge was actually done on Sunday morning after the DeMontrond Rally ended but it was an official DeMontrond ice bucket challenge. Thanks so much to our pres., Mark Scherbeck and our new v. pres. Sharon Goodlett. We raised $232.00 which I am sending in to the ALS challenge in DeMontrond Travelers name..
At our meeting we had nominations for President and for secretary of WWW.
The nominees are George Franklin and Pat Franklin for president. the nominees for secretary are Bess Bratner and Margaret Fitzgerald. Voting is by e-mail to all three of the present officers. The results will be announced in Boerne next month at our rally after DeMontrond. To be hosted by Manuel and Connie Esparza and Ed and Margaret Fitzgerald. Thanks so much for stepping up. Know it will be a great one.
