Everyone is getting into the walking. It is really neat to walk along river even if it is low now. Never know hat or who you may run into. George is practicing his Indian powwow for our trip to casino next month. Our host team were great and we appreciate their hard work. Sharon and I went thriftstore shopping again and found a few things. We always look forward to potluck night and we were not disappointed at all. It sure gets quite when we all have our plates in front of us. I wonder why? George and Mary made it in time for our evening meal. They had to get that last hug in with Grandbabies since they are heading west from here. Gilbert surprised us with an extra Margarita night and we do say thanks a lot. We loooove those ritas he makes. Great job and keep up the good work.
I found a duck on the Guadalupe River this morning.
Another deer across the river.
Sharon is up walking this morning.
See the deer I found?
And now a wild turkey crossing the river.
So dry and very little water.
Pat caught me this morning. See the turkey feather I found?
Mary Lou is walking also this morning.
Gilbert getting his walk in early.
Then it is off to Camp Verde to eat.
Mary Lou is greeting everyone.
The waitress is telling us that due to the large group we can only order three items from the menu today.
Dave and Linda had a late breakfast so they are only having a dessert.
This is what he had. LOW CAL, right.
Camp Verde flying their flags as always.
Historial marker on their building.
Nice Buffalo.
Got one close up.
Gilbert having fun again. Thank You. It must be 5:00 somewhere.
When you enter the Park you see the DeMontrond sign and The Flags.
Everyone gathers for the evening meal now. Pot luck night.
