We got to go to this rally, the Ramblin Road RVer's, along with 4 other RV's from our church group. The Olson's, The Kalb's,, The Schanz, The Shumway's, and The Franklin's were all here.
The weather was perfect and everyone had a great time.
We also saw Dave and Linda Ellisor and Dan and Karen West here at the park.
Lots of game playing , eating and touring of the city this trip. Lots to see here.
This was a great relaxing rally. We had a great time and enjoyed everyone. The pool was fantastic. We even went one day in the heat of the day and would get out under the umbrella every once in awhile.
We visited a lot and were surprised to catch up with some of our friends from our other clubs. Dave and Linda come to this park a lot. We were so glad Dan and Karen made their maiden voyage up to be with The Ellisors and us. It is a beautiful coach. Glad for y'all. They are on their Alaska cruise now so it was a quick trip for them to see everyone.
We had so many places to see and great places to eat, not that I need to tell you that. We never have trouble with that aspect.
The park is nice and clean and quite. The room is good for the size to host a rally for our smaller clubs. Very accommodating and very helpful.
We went to Winchester, Texas to Murphy's steak house. It is a must if you like a good steak or seafood. Out in the big middle of nowhere and not much else in the town. But worth the trip.
The next outing is to Jamaica Beach in October but we will miss that one.
