WWW Rally November 2015 Mineola TX

Well we are on our way to Mineola, Texas for a WWW rally.
We met up with the Roberts in Madisonville at Buc-ees and followed them to Mineola.
This was a good rally location and lots to see in the area. Always great food and junk stores, car shows and a Friday night football game to go see.
Only one day of showers so the weatherman was good to us.
We had 17 coaches originally but ended up with 4 cancellations. Edwina Peyton joined us on Friday to play games and to have a meal with us. She brought a friend, Helen, along.
Allan Pettigrew had two of his brothers there for some of the rally and then Harold and Marsha stayed for all the rally.
There were some that went and  played golf one day.
We had two catered meals  one Friday and one Saturday evening. They were very good.
The Bechards cooked breakfast on Friday morning with some help from others there. Saturday was sort of a continental and some of the biscuits and gravy from Friday morning.

There was one puzzle completed and one about a third done. I was asked to take a pic of second one when I finish it. It is a Thomas Kincaid and it was pretty hard. will finish it during the holiday time and our break from rallies.
There was skip-bo, pass the love and a little rummikube played.
Some went shopping, we ate out some and did some sight seeing. We went to a festival on Saturday in Edgewood. Thanks to Gerald and Sandy Dudley telling us about it. Lots of old cars, had an old pioneer village set up making things, even giving haircuts to kids in the barber shop. Lots of fun by all who went.

Veterans Day November 11 2015

A nice Memorial for the Vets. only two years old now.

 On Friday Night we drove to Waxahachie TX to see Tolar HS Football game where our son Mike is the coach. This was the first playoff game this year. For more pictures from the game check out our blog for Tolar Playoff game Nov 13 2015. this was the final score.. on to round two.

After the meeting there was a car show in Edgewood TX so several of us went to check it out.
