It has been a long time since we had as much fun as we did at this rally. This club really has things organized. Everyone was so friendly and we knew no stranger.
We met quite a few people who were from our area and knew some of our friends. It is really a small world after all. A past principal of Jersey Village and his wife a teacher at Millsap and then an administrator with Cy-Fair schools. They are also friends of some of our neighbors. Met an ex- officer of DeMontrond also. Also met someone kin to some very dear and old friends of ours from the Cypress area, when I heard what his last name was I knew he had to be kin. Great guy and wonderful wife.
We were not sure if we would like it or not and we found out quickly we did.
From the food, to the dancing, to the music, the games and the skit they did was oh so funny.
We will be going to Patterson, La. for the next rally so we can become members of the club. You have to attend two rallies in a row to join. We want to thank our sponsors Joe and Janet Bechard and Don and Sue Stone.
We did not get to take as many pics of the city due to our schedule and the weather. Next time we will do that.
We will be crusin to these rallies at least twice a year for sure.
