Our second day at Johnson Creek RV Resort. Well Phil and Geisel arrived. She had dental work the day before but was determined to come be with us. We were there to greet them when they came in. It is still hot but not the humidity in Houston. We let Dan grill sausage for us and they also had watermelon too. Boy it was really good. The guys all walked to the creek to check out the huge catfish and saw a herd of Axis coming out of hills to get some water. It is sad there are so many dead trees and dry creeks. I do not ever remember it being so bad up here. We are still having fun even if we are not having cool weather. We will be returning here often.
We had to go into Kerrville to get some Ice Cream.
The Robert's have arrived today.
Dan surprised us with some watermelon this afternoon. Pat and Giesel are waiting for some.

Nice place to do some swimming and fishing here. The chair is ready.
In the distance there are several deer across the creek.
The herd is out again this evening.
They are waiting to see how close the deer come up tonight.
