Country Place RV rally 2-25-2012

It is Saturday and our last full day of rally. We are serving breakfast tacos and all seem to enjoy them ok. We had our meeting after breakfast and then we took our group picture and the Huntleys did not make it back over in time. Does Joe have a reason not to be in picture. Hmmmm. A few went antiquing, some went to flea market, and others just visited on went shopping for beads. No names mentioned on the last. We heard from Shirley Parker and Dean is in a lot of pain but was able to walk a little. He will be in hospital until Thursday. We had our cook out but due to the over abundance of leftovers in fridge a lot of us decided not to cook and just help diminish the left overs. We played a new game that Allan had found and it brought a lot of laughs. Thanks Allan.

Lynn must have met all of Sharon's needs as she is paying him now.

Now during the day I caught a few playing some games today. The Dannas and Bobby and Janie

Lynn is growing his hair back it looks like. Also the Ellisors and the Roberts

Ronnie doing some grilling for us this evening. Good Job Ronnie. Looks like he has help from Pat Lundsford, Bess Bratner and Carla Roberts.

We still had some chips and dips for "Happy Hour" also.

Looks like a phone lesson going on here.

Then a new game was introduced by Allan this evening.

A lot of members wanted to play as it was very interesting. Joe got to read one of the letters back to everyone. It was funny.

Buddy was laughing so hard we were not sure if he was going to have to leave the room.

On Sunday morning this picture was captured of Lynn trying to hide out in Joe's rv. Lynn if you are trying to be Santa he comes down the chimney.

We think he is almost inside the awning over the slideout.

Country Place RV Rally 2-24-2012

We decided to have some donuts for Friday morning and they were a big hit. We had a very good turnout and just a few donuts left over. We all visited and decided our strategy for the day. 11 of us gals decided to go shopping and we stormed Kohl's first. Then went to about 5 other stores in the shopping center, but we had to refuel after a couple and we had lunch at Smokey Mo's bar b cue and guess who we ran into but the Lunsfords and the Andersons. We all came home with goodies and got ready for our fajita dinner that evening. They were delicious and we were all stuffed. We all decided to play different games. We had Pass the Love, Loaded questions and also 42 going on. I am not sure who was making the most noise in the room. A good time was had by all.

Country Place RV Rally 2-22-2012

It is now Wednesday and we have some more arriving today. The Masons arrive with their new coach. It looks really nice. We are catching up on our gossip and checking out each others puppies. We didn't do a lot except our usual. We went to eat at Luby's and some stayed at camp instead of going. We are waiting to hear on Dean after his surgery.

Country Place RV Rally 2-23-12

We have just about all our rv friends here now. This is our finger food night and all are worried about what to bring. I think it will turn out just fine. The weather is really nice today and we better take advantage of it. Is going to get cooler. We had a lot of deep discussions. After we had our meal some played 42 and some of us played loaded questions.
